Job Description:

• Manage department wide supply and demand from 5 Customer Groups (GBAM, CWM, GIS, EET, Other) for 5 Service Owners globally (Core, DMZ Services, Network Automation and Telemetry, IP Services and User Access)
• Candidate applying for this role will have excellent communication skills and ability to understand diverse customer requirements and route these to the relevant service owners. Ensuring that all work is effectively and efficiently, captured, prioritized and tracked across network services

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and maintain Book of Work departmental tools and process.
• Plan and deliver the department’s consolidation onto the standard set of tools and processes. This will cover all work, including Initiative funded and base funded process improvement.
• Manage a 12 month forward view of the Book of Work to enable resource forecasts. This is to include planned/funded work as well as expected demand based on BAU trending.
• Manage and prioritize the intake of all work which is Change the Client, large, or cross-service. Arbitrate and resolve prioritization conflict.
• Calculate the risk to delivery for planned funding or staff reductions. (Granular details will be provided by SLTs / Service Owners)
• Track resource supply vs work demand across Service Towers to identify imbalances.
• Develop and maintain near real time reporting of the Book of Work. This will focus on AgileView for Jira adoption and include NSER for those dependencies.
• Prepare formal quarterly reporting on Book of Work for use in external communications, forecasting process and Initiative funding process.
