Cyber Operations Planning and Cyber Doctrine SME (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Cyber Operations Planning and Cyber Doctrine SME for our client in Washington DC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Possess Deep understanding of Intelligence Community to counter Malicious Cyber Activity targeting US elections and critical infrastructure targets.  Responsible for Implementing a framework for planning, execution and prioritization of Cyber Operation resources and Capabilities by Identify process gaps and improve internal operations. Develop formal Stakeholder plans for cybersecurity operations and all Events. Lead and implement Cyber operational doctrine documentation within US government adhering to CSD priorities and processes.
