Cyber Operational Engagement SME (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Cyber Operational Engagement SME for our client in Washington DC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Responsible for Managing communication channels utilized to unify and build outreach and partner integration.

Coordinate with partners on cyber threat, vulnerability and/or incident related information.

Lead relationships with government customers and partners to improve operational integration and multidirectional information exchange on cyber incidents, vulnerabilities, and risk affecting federal departments and agencies.

Work to unify and strengthen partner relationships critical to its mission and create stronger Brand with outreach functions to include coordination, relationship building and communication.

Support the development and implementation of novel cyber initiative efforts.

Coordinate dialogue with teams and organizations to ensure optimal use of limited outreach resources.

Create and implement customer feedback mechanisms and implement improvements with operation products and services.

Develop metrics and goals.
