Communications Specialist (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Communications Specialist for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• This comms role will handle all messaging related to the Transformation & Process Excellence group within CTI. The role will be primarily responsible for building and executing a communications strategy that communicates and markets our strategies, roadmaps and key initiatives to CTI teammates, senior leaders, business partners and regulators. You will work with leaders across our organization to create compelling presentations tailored to the intended audience. You will engage and excite our teammates through multiple channels including e-mails, blog posts, meetings, podcasts and more. Demonstrated experience building a communications & marketing strategy

Required Skills:

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Intermediate level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of the Visual Identity Guidelines
• Ability to balance multiple and competing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment
• Ability to update and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites
• Knowledge of video production including the ability to create and edit videos
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP)
• Knowledge of key technology infrastructure trends and technologies
