Change Manager / Program Manager (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Change Manager / Program Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Supports the design, development, execution and program and change management governance. Responsible for ensuring completion of all post implementation change requirements including the deployment of risk mitigation plans, collection and attachment of all mitigation plan evidence and metric performance results. Responsible for monitoring assigned portfolio of projects for compliance with the Global Change Policy.

Core Skills:

• 7-10+ years of change management, project and program management, and portfolio governance
• Excellent writing and communication skills, experience in working with senior management to deliver requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, quality management, and organizational skills.
• Assess and advise on improving processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change.
• Strong Reporting skills - ability to produce analytical and performance reporting for Management consumption.
• Ability to perform thematic analysis – strong trend analytical skills.
• Highly proficient/Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Operates with a sense of urgency and has a strong attention to detail. 
• Experience with SDLC tools - Jira, ITSM/Remedy, QTest/QC/ALM, etc.
• Agile methodology

Desired Skills:

• PMP, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM certification or similar 
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners
