Change Manager / Business Analyst (Closed)

Job Description:

  • In this role, we are seeking individuals who can engage with change practitioners to influence the design, build and implementation of reporting solutions utilizing applicable knowledge of available technology, tools, and existing designs, knowledge, and expertise of industry standards to implement automated data solutions utilizing manual data sets. Partner closely with the Tech change Management team to deliver business requirements and implement a sustainable solution for automating reporting and monitoring real time health of organizational processes. The Business Analyst is responsible for providing report management, and project/program support at several different levels. The position requires the candidate to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various work efforts, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB
  • Reporting/analytics, Change Management
  • Experience in Technical Change Management
  • Experience with BMC Remedy
  • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting organizational needs
  • Experience with facilitating and conducting structured, collaborative working sessions to elicit and prioritize requirements, issues, and risks
  • Experience and skills to create high-quality presentation and reporting materials for use by the core team and key stakeholders
  • Applies close attention to detail and takes a methodical and evidence-based approach to problem solving
  • Ability to develop and execute business vision, strategies, and goals
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal guidance and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proactive in helping other teammates to achieve the team deliverables.
  • Partner with program / project manager that creates detailed project plans and delivers against them
  • Experience working in a SCRUM Agile environment
  • Contributes to test planning and participates in test case reviews and makes necessary updates
  • Understand stakeholder’s expectations and objectives.
