Change Manager / Analyst (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking a Change Manager / Analyst for our client in Richmond, Virginia. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Description:
- Responsible for managing the function performance of the Change Advisory Boards and Change Advisory Committees relating to the Technical Change Management Process. Resource will help organize reports and data and be able to create/pull reporting. Resource will need to manage the compliance process including the issuance of violations.
- 3 or more years of enterprise change management
- Highly detail oriented and organized: Candidate can perform functions quickly and accurately, with little supervision required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes: Candidate can manage time sensitive issues, prioritize multiple processes and projects and articulate thought process for decision-making.
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
- Strong Excel and data analytical skills.
- Process and Risk Management experience
- ITSM BMC Remedy experience
- ITIL Certification
