Business / Systems Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business / Systems Analyst for our client in Addison, TX OR Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a candidate who is well-versed in business system analysis and design. The team member will act as a liaison between application teams, governance and audit for all required processes and documentation to address product vulnerabilities. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations. They will closely work with application teams to provide assistance, resolve questions and recommend action items required to stratify deliverables. They will be reporting on a daily basis Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help drive the success of projects.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of business systems analysis or business systems design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business information management or equivalent
• Familiarity with dataflow structure within a complex environment
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
• Strong Analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
