Business / Systems Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Pennington, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The business systems analyst elicits business requirements, interprets them in a meaningful way for all applications involved in the technology solution, and creates an integrated solution satisfying business requirements. This individual holds a central role during the SDLC process, is a conduit for meaningful information exchange between all stakeholders and is a key enabler of project success.

• Agile tools (Jira)

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years in IT; 5-7 years in a business/systems analysis role, solutions architect role or product owner role. Skillful in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems, and building solutions for fulfilling those requirements Critical thinker with superior written and oral communication skills as well as meeting facilitation skills. Be able to write database queries and navigate database schemas in order to support analysis effort. Experience in Agile methodology. Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint and be able to articulate ideas and solutions leveraging these tools to broad set of audience, including developers, testers, management and business partners. Experience in developing process flows.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience with business and technology processes impacting client data, such as AML (Anti Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Client) processes, Deceased client processing, etc. Demonstrate knowledge, with prior experience, of two or more of the following functional areas in a data domain:
• Identity matching and data survivorship
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Client on-boarding and maintenance
• Data access provisioning
