SkillStorm is seeking a Business Support Manager for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina OR Richardson, Texas OR Richmond, Virginia. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Description:
- The Digital Solutions & Automation Services team is seeking to hire a Business Support Manager that will be responsible for diverse administrative functions for a large, complex business unit.
- Functions managed include:
- Financial control/budgeting
- Personnel processes
- Risk Management (audit/compliance)
- Coordination of certain projects, associate training, process improvement and communications.
- Prepares and facilitates meetings for large audiences of mixed IT and business leadership attendees, including arranging schedules, publishing agendas, preparing meeting materials, and publishing minutes.
- Coordinates working sessions with internal partners, vendors, and 3rd parties, and follows up on action items to drive execution. Serves as a point of contact between the business and technical areas for internal IT management to maintain communication and documentation to facilitate teams through existing processes, as well as enable process improvements.
- Microsoft office (powerpoint, excel), previous experience working with financials, previous business support experience
