Business / Data Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Advanced knowledge of SAS in order to analyze large commercial scorecard monitoring datasets, perform quantitative analytics, and present data intensive results efficiently
• Advanced LaTeX knowledge for coordinating the integration of hundreds of ongoing monitoring report inputs across various teammates and compile reports in a short timeframe
• Intermediate Python knowledge in managing the end-to-end reporting lifecycle (e.g. data sourcing, aggregation, transformation, analysis, reporting, MRM feedback) for the Investment Grade / Non-Investment Grade Ongoing Monitoring Report
• Execute challenger models for scorecards in order to benchmark the effectiveness of internal credit scoring models
• Partner with other groups such as MRM, Enterprise Credit Risk, Technology, and GRA teams in the ongoing management activities of commercial scorecard models, including proposal of new monitoring requirements, presentation of analytical findings, and issue investigations
• Assist in the buildout of data management capabilities across the team, including implementation of data quality checks, technology enhancements, and validation reports
• Dedicate overtime as needed to ensure ongoing monitoring deliverables are submitted within deadlines
