Business Analyst / Project Manager (Closed)

Job Description:

  • This role will be instrumental in the transformation of CTI’s technological strategy and operating model within Workforce Modernization. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to workforce planning and strategic thinking with strong project management, IT portfolio management, change management, communication and experience with organizational transformation. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing program aspects of the workforce modernization portfolio – including programs of work and projects from initiation to implementation. Ensures the portfolio delivers the agreed upon objectives and outputs and project deliverables are completed to a consistently high standard, and are aligned appropriately with the project management process. Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of projects and manages the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution.
  • The successful incumbent will perform highly complex analysis with a high degree of autonomy and require in-depth evaluation of a broad scope of variables. They will identify and make recommendations to leadership of the opportunities to develop, transform and modernize the CTI Operating Model and acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project.
  • Manages and leverages the entire lifecycle of Workforce Management (WM) programs and initiatives to achieve goals and objectives. Facilitates and coordinates efforts of projects and portfolio categories and tracks the implementation and execution and reports on the state of portfolio initiatives.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of WM strategic priorities & tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions to manage the workstream efforts of multiple functional resources.
  • Support the execution of the Workforce Modernization strategy, roadmap and priorities; provide transparency into the WM reporting framework and routines, develops documentation for team follow ups and formal communications in SharePoint and team shared drives; support ongoing ad hoc inquiries related to same.
  • Work closely with WM team members to coordinate updates, KPIs, success metrics and review materials as needed to support WM strategic priorities and routines; perform quality checks before final submission to WM senior management. Management and reporting of corporate project and program risks which relate to WM projects
  • Support multiple, transformational initiatives simultaneously. Coordinate, maintain and communicate to WM stakeholders a schedule of deliverables, meeting timelines and status of commitments to ensure priorities are met/outcomes delivered on time; serves as an escalation point as needed.
  • Actively contribute to the workforce of the future objectives and re-evaluates options for continued monitoring and assessments; liaise with WM team to ensure appropriate communication, participation and timely coordination and execution of key deliverables
  • Maintain JIRA with technology partners and project team; organize and conduct project meetings, deep dives in order to keep projects moving forward. Demonstrate ability to manage tight deadlines and ensure teams are on track to execute and meet goals.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, IT Strategy, operating model strategies
  • Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results
  • Excellent project management skills, strong written communication skills; proven experience in communicating with senior leadership. Strong Excel, Project and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least 5 - 8 years of Project Management, IT Strategy, Transformation or consulting experience; working knowledge of Workforce Planning, conducting complex analysis
  • Proven experience delivering results
  • Strong working experience with Agile, Dev Ops methodologies and Jira
  • Scrum experience not required but desired.
  • The strongest candidate will have a love for problem solving, great partnership and communication skills, operational subject matter expertise, and the ability to envision, communicate and execute on strategic planning and remediation of issues, demonstrated experience with issues resolution.
