Business Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Addison, TX OR Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Client Experience Required: (5+ years of work experience with Client applications such as BKFS,MDX,BOSS, IMPACS, FAST, INTERACT, Online Banking , TSY consumer card /small business cards)

Position Summary:

• Candidate will be responsible for providing KT sessions on DataX, conducting office hour calls, work with application teams to triage data related defects , attend project meeting to understand critical changes being implemented and share the knowledge with team members, Help users with finding and conditioning data. This role demands coordinating with the development and testing teams to identify SOR for the data elements. The candidate should have a lot of self interest in learning the data flow between the applications and how the conditioning has dependencies on batch jobs and schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience with Bank of America applications such as BKFS,MDX,BOSS, IMPACS, FAST, INTERACT, Online Banking , TSY consumer card /small business cards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Work with the stakeholders to understand the requirements and communicate the requirements effectively to the product team.
• Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SLDC).
• Experienced in creating diagrams such as activity diagram, flow diagram, etc.
• Research solutions to increase work efficiency.
• Acting as a liaison between the business and its information (IT) department
• 2+ years of application testing experience
• 5+ years of work experience with Bank of America applications such as BKFS,MDX,BOSS, IMPACS, FAST, INTERACT, Online Banking , TSY consumer card /small business cards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
