Business Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Charlotte, NC OR Addison, TX OR Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• We are looking for a talented and experience business analyst to join our team to assist with the development of our merchant services disputes platform. The ideal candidate will have an background in claims and disputes processing - including acquirer disputes. They will work closely with business partners to develop requirements, record and document flows and work closely with the architecture team for direction.

Required Skills:

• Claims & Disputes management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
• Ability to create stories will little direction or guidance
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Self starter with thought leadership
• Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi task and work independently.

Desired Skills:

• Merchant Acquirer Disputes Processing
• Payments or Banking background is highly preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to team environment
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Certified Pega Business Architect is highly preferred.
