Business Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Newark, DE. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, QA / UAT Lead, Scrum Master
• Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology is a must have
• Experience with data analysis
• Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
• Basic SQL Skills; able to create and run SQL scripts using TOAD
• Ability to explain the logic behind their analysis and express ideas clearly and concisely
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with writing documentation in Confluence Wiki
• Effective written communication skills, with experience in writing Epics & Stories in an Agile environment as well as HLD, LLD design documents
• Effective verbal communication skills; experience with facilitating meetings with executives, technical personnel and/ or Business SMEs
