Business Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Charlotte. NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• This team member will be the primary business analyst in the Talent Acquisition applications in the Employee Experience Portfolio.
• Analyze, design, develop, and test Java based applications using API integration services.
• Work closely with development teams in ensuring the requirements are properly translated into technical details.
• Lead the backlog refinement meetings to create stories based on Business priorities.
• Ensure the functional test scripts are properly written adhering to the requirements in the stories.
• Act as proxy product owner and perform quality assurance and user acceptance of stories during sprint.
• Constantly be on the lookout to improve the quality of the applications and deliver better value to the customers.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes to get a complete big picture.
• Provide recommendations for process changes to help optimize current procedures in support of maximizing outcomes.
• Strong experience in working with Agile Scrum teams.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
• Familiarity with Bank of America Enterprise Change Standards, Policy and Tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
