BASIS MIGRATION CONSULTANT (Closed)

SkillStorm is actively seeing a Senior Basis/Migration Consultant for our client in the DC area. 

*This position requires candidates' ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance*

Details:

Our client is looking for a well-rounded SAP Basis Consultant who has worked with installation and technical configuration with the following SAP applications in a Unix or Linux environment:

  • SAP ECC 6.0, SAP SRM 7.x, SAP Solution Manager, SAP IdM.  
  • Any experience with SAP migrations, SAP homogenous system copies or SAP heterogeneous systems copies would also be beneficial.
  • This consultant will assist with the migration of SAP applications from a data center to a commercial cloud service provider.
  • Other key tasks will be to help coordinate the migration activities, assist with post migration integration and technical validation, support functional regression testing and assist with performance testing. 

Looking for candidates with 5-10 years of experience with:

  • Install SAP systems, Refresh systems, Monitor Performance, Support Migration Activity. 
  • Installation, Start/Stop, Performance Monitoring, Change Management support.

*Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance*
