Automation Security Specialist (Closed)

Job Description:

  • With the aim of transforming CTI’s automation strategy into a competitive advantage, a new Unified Automation Center of Excellence function is being developed within Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI). This function will streamline automation intake, prioritization, implementation and documentation within the CTI organization. The key goals of the Unified Automation Center of Excellence
  • Establish the CTI Unified Automation COE (CTI UA COE) – the intake & factory approach for automation use-cases
  • Deliver Automation Platform as a Service, Standardize Automation Tooling and Design Framework
  • Implement Centralized Management & Governance – Improve Automation Governance, Standards, & Controls
  • Automation Adoption Model – Drive adoption through Socialization, Education, Delivery and Continuous Improvement

Required Skills:

  • In partnership with the Digital Solutions & Automation Services (DSAS) team, gather requirements for establishing the CTI UA COE and manage implementation the technologies necessary.
  • Engage with senior leaders and represent DSAS in both internal CTI and external forums and working groups and is expected to establish, develop, and manage key partnerships across CTI.
  • The candidate will require strong writing/communication skills, the ability to synthesize highly technical content from subject matter experts to clearly articulate complex subject matters and convert into simple “Kitchen English” in support of exam material preparation.
  • Gather information from highly technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver regular progress updates to key stakeholders
  • Successfully execute implementation of the CTI UA COE after gathering requirements, designing and testing the solution while managing the risk exposure for the CTI organization.
  • Create documentation in the form of playbooks, process guides, job aides, communications, and operations principals.
  • Gather and analyze technical and process information from various subject matter experts to author/develop/revise presentation materials.
  • Successfully implement agile methods to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
