ATM Support (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an ATM Support Specialist for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina OR Richardson, Texas. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

  • This role is part of the ATM Analytics, Reporting and Operations Support team within ATM Operations Level One. The ideal candidate will work alongside ATM L1 teammates to analyze and report ATM performance data to the Line of Business and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Track and report ATM metrics, including usage volumes, frequency of various hardware failures, vendor field service performance, etc.
  • Deep-dive analysis of ATM data to recognize anomalies, conduct research to identify root cause where possible, and partner with internal teams and or external vendors to effect remedies
  • Recognize and size the impact of planned activities and unplanned occurrences that affect the ATM network, and work with stakeholders as needed/appropriate toward restoring stability to the environment
  • Understand established key performance indicators (KPIs), key risk indicators (KRIs), and service level agreements (SLAs) in order to manage expectations accordingly
  • Prepare, distribute, and present results from analyzed data at daily, weekly, and monthly cadences, in clear and concise manner for leadership/executive level comprehension
  • Participate in call/meeting routines with various business partners within or outside the bank
  • Promptly respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from the Line of Business and other business partners
  • Understand and follow established incident management processes and risk mitigation strategies
  • Provide other reporting and operations support as needed

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to analyze various volumes of data and think critically to extract vital information or detect anomalies
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within and between teams
  • At least intermediate, but preferably advanced skills with MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently

Desired Skills:

  • ATM operations domain experience
  • Working knowledge of/experience using Tableau, Hadoop, Oracle, Jira, Microstrategy, etc.
