Application Programmer V (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an ETL / Oracle Developer for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Participates in design, development and implementation of Actimize/ETL Informatica/Oracle based technology platform(s) to satisfy internal audit and external regulatory requirements
• Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives and/or operations
• Solve complex problems using in house tools, external vendor based tools and be able to work with a global mindset
• Should assist in the release coordination as needed
• Work as part of a globally blended team of resources (both Associates and consultants)
• Assist in architecting robust solutions utilizing the Actimize/ETL Informatica/Oracle developer frameworks.
• Integrate multiple large datasets and work with complex databases meeting strict performance SLA’s
• Provides a high level of technical systems and software knowledge for modification, implementation, or conversion of Compliance and Surveillance systems involving Actimize
• Develop software product adhering to the Solution Delivery Management standards using bank standard platforms for integration and delivery

• Experience in writing high level and low level technical requirement documents
• Experience in working in a global technology development model
• Working knowledge and experience with Global Banking and Market / Global Wealth and Investment Management / Global Control Room Surveillances / Title VII / Volcker / Regulation W / Associate Investment Monitoring Surveillances is preferred
• Hands on experience in the development and/or development of Actimize based Surveillances
• Hands on experience in the ETL tools such as Informatica and Oracle PL/SQL is a must
• Well versed with Oracle SQL tuning, AUTOSYS scheduling, Unix shell, scripting
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies and related toolsets
• Experience integrating reporting, analytics and visualization among multiple surveillance systems
