Application Programmer V (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Java Developer for our client in Pennington, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Position will be part of App/Prod Support

Required Skills:

• Strong Core Java Concepts
• Java server side development experience
• Working knowledge of building effective APIs

Desired Skills:

• Database oracle/DB2 query experience
• SDLC concepts including but not limited to source code control, continuous integration, unit/integration testing
• J2EE tech fundamentals and app server platforms – websphere, maven, GIT
• Experience with REST API, web services – soap
• Team player, self initiator
• Should be willing to play technical coordinator role
