Application Programmer V (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a CI/CD Developer for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines for application and coordinate promotion of code to all the environments to support all planned and emergency releases.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate existing manual build and deployment processes.
• Maintenance of Unix and Application servers for authentication, storage, performance and memory management.
• Active contribution to application lifecycle including maintenance, release management and ensure error free delivery of the software solution.
• Partner well with the Scrum Master, Project Manager, and other Agile team members

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with source code management tools like GIT and CI tools like Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with Deployment Automation tools like Ansible Tower.
• Hands-on experience with Python & Unix Shell Scripting is required
• Hands-on experience with Linux deployment and configuration related to Autosys, NAS storage, permission management and authentication management is required.
• Hands-on experience with Datical DB Deployment.
• Hands-on experience in Maven based builds.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernets is a plus.
• Critical thinking and Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Principles.
