Application Programmer IV (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a DevOps Engineer for our client in Addison, Texas. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Position Summary:

• DevOps team member supporting multiple development organizations and applications
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on a new application, interface daily with the development teams
• Ability to drive, look for opportunities to do the work for the development team with their approvals

• Strong technical skills with coding / development background

Required Skills:

• Align with the development teams to support the on boarding for CI / CD; requires knowledge of .Net application coding practices
• Guide teams in updating configuration, code REPO alignment to met the Horizon Universal playbook standards
• Drive / update Jenkins build scripts to meet the requirements of the development teams and align with the standards of the Horizon CD Intake process

Desired Skills:

• .Net coding background
• Understanding of different techniques / practices and ability to help align the source code / application artifacts with the universal playbook requirements
• -Helping teams to understand BItbucket, and usage of the CI / CD pipeline
