Application Owner / Manager (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an Application Owner / Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Employee Experience Technology is looking to expand its Application Management function in order to service an increasing number of applications; ensuring consistent management of applications through the life-cycle process. The candidate should have strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills to socialize and collaborate across technical/engineering teams.
• Working closely with development, production support, risk, and vendor management teammates, the Application Owner/Manager is accountable to manage applications in compliance with all applicable bank policies and standards and meet the objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) required of the function it supports.
• Their responsibilities include the following:
• The SOR data is accurate and complete. Application Owner must certify the accuracy of application records on a periodic basis(at least every 180 days) for any application record in the following life-cycle stages: In Development, In Production, Projected Retire, Retired, Retain Application & Data or Retain Data.
• For sourced and Third Party Managed applications, the Application Owner works closely with their support and Third Party management partners to provide technical direction as necessary to ensure that Third Party applications meet Bank objectives, SLAs, and that all applicable information about the application is correct.
• If a Third Party is leveraged to build an application that will be hosted internally, the Application Owner is responsible for providing oversight and ensuring the Third Party follows Bank and control requirements.
