SkillStorm is seeking a Jira Subject Matter Expert for one of our clients in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Description:

• Jira expert is needed for Jira implementation and consultation. This person will be responsible for providing knowledge and expertise around Jira while training key roles in the organization to leverage practices learned in day to day operations and engagements. This person will partner with lean agile coaches/DevOps experts and senior leadership in identifying training needs and provide feedback upon training completion. Delivers training output materials constructing observations and suggested strategies. Aims to both provide knowledge and enthuse team members to try new approaches and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop training material
• Educate the bank on the functionalities
• Draw roadmap for Bank wide maturity in specified skillsets
