SkillStorm is seeking a Telephony Developer for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Position Summary:

• Senior Telephony Developer with Genesys knowledge for Call Center technology space

Required Skills:

• Experience with developing Telephony applications using Genesys CTI (Computer-telephony integration) libraries – 3+ years
• General understanding of Genesys infrastructure landscape (ORS, Routing, TServer, Stat Server, CME..)
• C# / .NET experience preferred, but Java or C++ also OK – 3+ years
• Good SDLC practices, Design Pattern knowledge, Version Control, working in a team environment
• Softphone application experience using Genesys Platform SDK / Application Blocks or similar CTI SDK libraries
• Strong Experience with Web Softphone or Genesys REST APIs
• Strong experience with developing web-applications with Javascript / JQuery
• Some experience with client-server windows UI applications (winforms or WPF or similar), event-driven programming
• Some Experience with building/consuming/supporting .NET Webservices
• Basic Experience with SQL

Desired Skills

• Experience with Angular/AngularJS or similar web frameworks (React, Vue..), Typescript, npm, gulp/grunt, jspm, systemJS, webpack
• Single-page Web Application development experience
