Appian Developer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an Appian Developer for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Develop Fulfillment application platform built on Appian 20.4 suite. Need to be involved in technical design, development and code reviews. 90% of the time would be spent on development activities and 10% on review meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience developing application UI and process model designing using Appian suite
• Familiar with Splunk, Toad, SOAP UI tool
• Good interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations
• Good analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problems

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working on high volume applications
• Experience in server side frameworks like Spring MVC
• Experience building restful web services
• Experience in performance tuning with good understanding JVM internals
• Background in mathematics or statistics
• Proven task management and leadership skills
• Experience working in agile teams
