Angular / Web Developer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an Angular / .NET Developer for our client in Newark, DE. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Angular 2.0+ and Angular JS 1.X
• Strong experience in development of Single Page Applications (SPA)
• Experience in the development of MV* types of applications
• 5-7 years of Web Application Development using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and Object Oriented Technologies, Node.js
• 3-5 years of experience using web front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, TypeScript
• Experience in designing and developing prototypes and creating proofs of concepts (POCs) for evaluating new technologies, approaches to be implemented in the platform
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to troubleshoot Development and Production issues and mentor other developers in the Department
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• 5+ years’ experience building Restful SOAP web services using WCF and WebAPI
• Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to write queries & stored procedures in MS-SQL Server
• Understanding of SystemJS, JSPM, NPM *Understanding of the system development life cycle
• 3-5 Years of UML (Unified Modeling Language) using any MS-Visio or any other software design drawing tools
• 3-5 Years of experience in delivering comprehensive design artifacts: SADs, LLD, HLDs, etc

• Capable of quickly learning new technical skills and grasp new concepts
• Ability to work in Agile Team environment and to lead the team of developers and testers
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Must be deadline and detail oriented
• Must have experience working with distributed teams across several time zones
• Strong practical knowledge of Software architecture design patterns
• Strong experience in designing frameworks for enterprise level applications
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals: protocols, web applications security patterns, balancing network traffic concepts.
• Must have experience working in large enterprise environment
• Must be able to work with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Management, Q/A and Production Operations to develop, test, and release features
• Must be able to recommend development best practices for application development.
