Agile Scrum Master (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Change Manager for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Seeking a Change Manager who would have responsibilities across multiple Applications (AITs) within the Global Financial Crimes Data Technology Group.
• This new person/role will need to work closely with Scrum Masters and have good knowledge of JIRAs and Agile Methodology. They will also work with Change Coordinators, Project Managers, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all release management documentation/ artifacts required
• SME for current and upcoming process changes
• Follow up and regularly check each release with all individual teams to ensure they are completing and in compliance. Follow up on any potential issues and be point person for all teams within Data Tech.
• Responsible for other Change Management and reporting process changes
• SME for new technology project and delivery reporting, current and upcoming changes (incl. various senior level decks as well as detailed delivery trackers)
• Assist teams with coordinating & testing new JEDI/PGR formats
• Assist teams with reviewing DQ reports & being point person
• Attend weekly calls & review documentation from enterprise change mgmt.
• Responsible to learn and keep abreast of all changes to the below items (communicate and/or assist others to ensure they understand these changes)
• PPRT (Program/Project reporting tool) – set up of programs/projects, request appropriate permits and approvals, communicate any enterprise system changes….
• CRQ process & Release classification
• Reporting changes for externally funded projects versus GFC / Risk funded projects
• Attend ALL enterprise and division Change Management and other meetings and communicate meeting info and changes for all teams.
• Assist with other horizontal and/or team specific work as requested (including reporting, DQ reports, PI Planning, JIRA data standards reporting and updates/changes needed)

Required Skills:

• Strong Experience with Agile methodology
• Strong Experience with Agile Tool for Tracking work (JIRA)
• Strong organizational skills and motivated self-starter with minimal direction
• Ability to review current processes and standardize among different teams.
• Ability to review new/upcoming enterprise data, change management, or reporting changes and ensure we account / update new processes. In some cases, recommend add’l processes.
• Scrum experience beneficial as this role will need to understand details in JIRAs and other release or change items.
• Adept at problem solving; strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Excels at adapting to changing business needs with ability to balance multiple competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Excellent relationship, team building and facilitation skills with the ability to proactively navigate complexities of gaining buy-in and driving collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability
• Excellent skills with creating decks and/or presentations or flow charts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other related degree
• Ability to work independently, with little supervision
• Ability to multi-task work on multiple projects and/or other tasks for the team.

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master Certification
• PMP Certification
• Prior experience at the Client  and familiarity with AML & Fraud Compliance
• Experience with Hadoop (or ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly)
• Prior Experience at the Client and experience with various reporting tools such as GBAMPortal, PPRT, AgileView
• Familiarity with AML & Fraud Compliance
